El Centro de Servicios y Gestión Empresarial fue aprobado como Centro de Formación por el Consejo Directivo Nacional mediante resolución 1425 del 30 de noviembre de 1995. La normatividad por la cual se rige es a través de decretos, resoluciones y directrices expedidas por la Dirección Nacional del SENA, el Ministerio de Trabajo y la Presidencia de la República.La Dirección Regional y la Subdirección del Centro a través de resoluciones también determinan normas internas de funcionamiento.
The Center of Services and Enterprise Management was approved like Center of Formation by the National Directive Council by means of resolution 1425 of the 30 of November of 1995. The normatividad by which it is governed is through decrees, resolutions and directives sent by the National Direction of the SENA, the Ministry of Work and the Presidency of the Republic. The Regional address and the Subdivision of the Center through resolutions also determine internal norms of operation
